Just Closed- Cedarburg Industrial Building Refinance

Bellwether Funding has just completed the refinance of a multi-tenant industrial building in Cedarburg. The loan was to pay off the existing bank, and provide some working capital for building improvements and inventory purchases. The borrower was able to leverage nearly half of the building’s equity to fund his business and improve the building. The challenge to the lender was a lack of reported personal income, and large vacancies within the property.
