Bellwether Funding, LLC was able to provide an emergency bridge loan for the purchase out of foreclosure. The closing of the hotel had to occur by December 15^th so the new owners could get the property ready to receive guests over the Christmas & New Years Holiday. The Bellwether Funding team arranged for a private individual lender to provide a temporary loan to the borrower so the purchase could take place in the proper time frame. Bellwether Funding is now working with the borrower to secure a permanent Small Business Administration guaranteed loan of $600,000.
