JUST CLOSED- MANITOWOC HOTEL REFINANCE AND RENOVATION LOAN

Bellwether Funding has just arranged funding for the refinance and renovation of a local flagged hotel in Manitowoc, WI. The $1.5M loan was secured to refinance  the existing debts for the hotel and fund the necessary renovation costs to re-brand the hotel to a more up-scale brand. This change will allow  the owners to enhance services and increase revenues. The loan was a SBA 7a- guaranteed loan and offered the borrower better cash flow on their existing debt, as well as the funds needed to complete improvements to re-brand the hotel.
