Bellwether Funding has just arranged the closing for the refinance of a local fruit market and food store located on the South Side of Milwaukee for an approximate total of $300,000. The bank provided two loans for the borrower, a mortgage loan to refinance the property and consolidate debt and a line of credit to fund inventory and provide working capital. The borrower will have funds available to expand their wholesale and catering business in time for the upcoming Holiday season.
