Due to the economic downturn, this landscaping business was forced into foreclosure by their bank. In order to save the business, they needed to refinance all of their assets to the bank. Bellwether Funding was able to arrange the purchase of all the equipment, pay off the bank, & secure a lease on the same equipment back to the landscaping company on a 5 year $340,000 capital lease contract.
